A how-to on returning your linens:

1. Return to our Warehouse

Most linen rentals can be made easily and at no cost to our warehouse location at 2100 Venture St. in Tea, SD. 

To return to our warehouse:

  • As soon as possible following your event, place all used linens/napkins in the provided linen bags
  • When you arrive at our warehouse to return your linens, first stop at our front desk. From there, one of our team members will direct you where to drop off your linen bags with the used linens.

    2. Return via our Linen Route

    Linen Route pick ups should be made ready for your linen route driver on your designated pick up day. 

    To prepare for pick up:

    • Place your used linens in the provided linen cart or linen bags
    • Linen bags/cart(s) should be ready and easily accessible for our driver in the prearranged pick up location

    3. Return via UPS pre-paid return label

    For customers 100 miles+ from our warehouse near Sioux Falls, SD, returns can be made by pre-paid UPS shipping. 

    After your event:

    • Place your used linens in the provided return bag
    • Place the return label in the tag attached to the bag with label facing out.
    • Drop off package at your the nearest UPS drop location OR  Call UPS at 800-PICK-UPS (800-742-5877) to schedule pickup. (UPS may charge a nominal pickup fee)

    Return Responsibility: 

    You are responsible for ensuring your linens are:

    • Delivered to/picked up by UPS
    • Shipped back with in the 14-day rental period

    Return & Replacement Policy:

    Rentals are a 14 day rental period that includes shipping time.

    • We encourage you to use the extra days following the event to ensure your linens are returned on time.
    • Returns that are made more than 7 days after event (including UPS shipping time) → will incur an additional rental week charge
    • Missing linens after 2 weeks will be charged replacement cost
