Placing An Order

How to place your linen order(s):

1. Shop our linen options:

Option 1 - Shop our Swatch Book

  • Reference the color name and color number for your selection(s) in the Swatch Book key

Option 2 - Shop our Website


2. Build your Wishlist

Once you find the perfect linens for your event, you can start adding them to your Wishlist.

  • Select the size needed
  • Enter your desired quantity
  • Add the event date
  • Click "Add to Wishlist"


3. Submit your request

  • Click on the Wishlist icon in the lower right corner of your screen to open your Wishlist fully
  • Enter your contact and venue information
  • Click "Send List"


4. Receiving your quote & confirming your order

Once your Wishlist has been submitted, our team will compile and e-mail you your quote containing your requested items and account pricing. 

Please review the quote to ensure everything was compiled correctly. 

You will then need to electronically “Approve” the quote and e-sign our Terms & Conditions to officially reserve your items in our system. Once you have approved and e-signed the quote, your order will be placed in the queue to be pulled for in-store pick up, Linen Route delivery, or shipping..


5. Payment 

Payment upon order:

  • If your payment terms are due at the time of order, simply follow the link to our online payment portal to make payment.

Net 30:

  • If you've applied for and been approved for Net 30 status, full payment must be made on or before 30 days post-event date.
