General Terms

  • Ideal Linen Solutions will be referred to as “ILS.”
  • All change or cancellation requests are subject to approval.
  • No changes or cancellations are allowed on:
    • Custom items
    • Orders that have already shipped or are shipping same day
  • ILS is not responsible for:
    • Late deliveries due to freight carrier errors
    • Lost or misdirected shipments caused by freight carriers
    • Color variations between orders due to normal dye lot differences
  • If boxes arrive damaged or missing, you must notify ILS within 24 hours of delivery.
  • ILS pricing is subject to change without notice.

How it Works

  • ILS will ship goods to arrive on or before your requested delivery date.
  • Standard rental period is 14 days.
  • ILS will cover return freight on orders over $75 within the Continental United States.

Shipping & Return Materials

  • One return duffle bag will be provided per box shipped.
  • Use the UPS return labels included in your shipment.

We strongly recommend using the full 14-day rental window to:

  • Receive linens several days before use
  • Allow time for potential shipping delays
  • Allow time to report freight damage if needed

RFID Tracking & Accuracy

  • ILS uses RFID chips in all linens and return duffle bags.
  • All linens are scanned before shipping to ensure order accuracy.
  • All returns are scanned back into our wash system.

You will be billed for:

  • Missing linens
  • Damaged linens

What's Included in Your Shipment

One box will contain a clear plastic envelope with:

  1. Return Instructions
  2. Packing Slip
  3. Return Label (One Per Box Shipped)

When finished with your rental:

  • Place used linens into the return duffle bag
  • Place the return shipping label inside the clear exterior pocket on the duffle

    Returning Your Linens

    You may:

    • Drop off at UPS
      OR
    • Call UPS at 800-PICK-UPS (800-742-5877) to schedule pickup
      (UPS may charge a nominal pickup fee)

      Return Responsibility

      You are responsible for ensuring linens are:

      • Delivered to UPS
      • Shipped back within the 14-day rental period

      Late returns may result in additional rental charges.

        Replacement & Loss Charges

        • Non-returned linens will be billed additional rental fees.
        • Damaged or unreturned linens will be billed at replacement cost.
        • Unreturned duffle bags will be billed $50 replacement fee per bag.
